Judicial service and legal practice.
Abdul Jabbar Khan leads the Criminal, NIRC & Employment area. His background combines High Court practice with service in the judiciary, labour adjudication and public administration.
He served as a Member of the National Industrial Relations Commission, Peshawar Bench, from 2006 to 2013. His work included adjudicating employer–employee disputes and participating in full-bench appeals in Lahore and Islamabad.
His earlier appointments included District & Sessions Judge, Presiding Officer of a Labour Court, Registrar of the Peshawar High Court and Additional Secretary Law. His CV records advocacy work in criminal, civil, labour, family and constitutional matters.
He holds an LL.B from Gomal University. His principal focus at SyK Legal Advisory is criminal matters, NIRC proceedings and employment disputes.
